Mann Enterprise was founded shortly after moving to Florida in late May 1998. Its initial focus was on house flipping and handyman work. Since the company was only flipping one house at a time, most of the repairs were made by the owner. For handyman services business chains such as White House Black Market, Sunglass Hut, local construction contractors, and others began to hire the company.

When Hurricane Charley was heading for Sanibel in 2004, a contractor got the business involved with preparing houses for the storm where their house watcher mysteriously vanished. House watch was added to the company’s work profile with the contractor’s assistance, and it became a priority for the company.

Now, after many years, Mann Enterprise & Properties only indulges in property management and exclusively work for customers based on Sanibel and Captiva island. Talking about the owner’s background, he worked for electricians, painters, plumbers, and contractors for a long time. Also, for a great span was involved as Data Network Salesperson for major telecom, and even was a Cisco CCNE. In Florida, they started doing different repairs and buying homes for required works to turn houses into ones sold quickly. Our business majorly comes from word-of-mouth referrals from our customer base, landscapers, contractors, and more.

Our ideology is to meet or exceed clients’ standards. We have discovered that each house has its own set of characteristics, so weekly tests are tailored to each customer and house’s needs. We believe in meeting potential customers to see a good fit for them, not one due to cost but rather what they need for property management.
